TUITION: Tuition is a flat fee of $120 per month, or $150 per month for classes with a model. There are 4 classes per month. If a month has 5 weeks then we take the 5th week off as a mini-break.
New Students should mail a check or pay with credit card to reserve their place in class. Please mail checks to Michelle Philip, 515 Northstar Court, Boulder, CO 80304. You can pay online with a credit card if you prefer.
Ongoing students will receive priority when registering for following months. Pease register by the last class of each month for the upcoming month or your space may be forfeited to someone on the waiting list.
MISSED CLASSES: I am sorry, but the Academy cannot operate and remain stable if classes are run on the "drop-in" model. Classes are scheduled by the month, and refunds are not offered for missed classes. If your schedule is erratic and you know you have to miss a lot of classes, then please let me know if you would prefer to be a substitute rather than a regular student. Substitutes can make themselves availiable when a regular student needs to miss a class. Substitutes pay by the class and that money will go to reimburse the student they are subbing for. Students may provide their own subs if they give me advance notice.
CREDIT CARDS: I do accept credit card payments online. If you wish to pay by credit card, please click the "Pay Online" option on the top menu bar. If you have any questions or have difficulty, please call me at 303-522-3048 .
WAIT LIST: If there isn't a space for you immediately, I will put your name on a waiting list and will enroll you as soon as another student forfeits their spot. Class makeup is a dynamic force, so don't be discouraged if you don't get in right away - it usually doesn't take too long for something to open up.
STUDENT GALLERY: Students of the Classical Art Academy are given a free online gallery to showcase their work and to link to their own websites or blogs. Students can e-mail me JPEGS of paintings/drawings to upload to their gallery, or I will take digital photographs for you.
NEWSLETTERS: If you are going to exhibit your art in a show or have an announcement you would like to share with other students and the world at large, please e-mail me with information, pictures and links, and I will include it in the Classical Art Academy Newsletter, as well as post it in the "News" section of the website.
